Last day of business 5 October 2025. Chef Jacob Town closed it "for the remainder of the year" for financial reasons and left reopening open, possibly merged with Grover Beach Sourdough next door. No reopening has been reported. The building is now moot: Grover Beach's planning commission approved a four-storey, 39-condo replacement for the Beach Front Plaza centre on 5 August 2026, with tenants required out by February 2026.
