Confirmed permanently closed in mid-December 2021 after nearly thirty years, via a notice on the restaurant's own site. No last day of service exists to record — SFGate reported plainly that "it's unclear when Dottie's officially closed". It had reopened for takeout only in May 2020 after the pandemic shutdown.
